This week belonged to one man: Kanye West (though Jay-Z tried to steal his thunder by announcing his second post-retirment LP), who massacred 50 Cent on the charts. The open Van Halen rehearsals gave Scott Ian “ear-boners” and David Lee Roth … well, check the photo. The scene was tense at the Phil Spector trial when the jury came back temporarily deadlocked.
